About

Gnome Anne Book Series

Gnome Anne is the central character in an original series of children’s picture books created by David Wilson. She resides in Grace Cottage near the town of Genesee in the idyllic Valley of Plenty, a place characterized by lush abundance and camaraderie. Gnome Anne’s circle of friends includes:

  • Gnome Ad: A boy who enjoys adventures and mathematics.
  • Gnome Aid and Gnome Ess: Twin girls who are fond of organizing, helping, and tidying up.
  • Gnome Ore: Gnome Ad’s younger sister, who has a passion for books.
  • Gnome Otto: A boy who likes to lead and guide.

The series imparts valuable life lessons through engaging narratives and vibrant illustrations. The first book, Gnome Anne’s Land, tells the story of how Gnome Anne indirectly ‘saves the day’ for the Lord Mayor of Genesee by showing kindness.
